As a teacher, I like to think I've made a positive impact on my students. I'm sure at some point in your school career, there was a teacher who made you feel special. One who recognized a special talent of yours. One who told you to reach for the moon because if you missed, you'd still be amongst the stars. Maybe it wasn't a teacher but another mentor. I’ve had many favorite teachers in my years, but my new favorite teacher is my Bible Study Teacher, Pastor Jenkins. Whenever I attend one of Pastor Jenkins’ Bible Studies, no matter what the topic of the night is, I feel like the Lord is speaking directly to me through him. He, Pastor Jenkins, is so clear and easy to understand what it is that He wants…no, needs us to know/hear. I so look forward to attending bible study and am rather upset when I miss the Word.
